Michigan State forward Draymond Green has been diagnosed with a sprained left knee. Green had an MRI on Wednesday and is listed as day to day. The ninth-ranked Spartans don't play again until Sunday, when they host No. 23 Michigan. Green was injured during Tuesday night's loss at Illinois.
